Start/Stop

Used to verify work tickets. Logs Drive Time, Mileage and Arrival time. Displays actual time on job. Excellent for resolving customer disputes.

This report provides managers a Detailed Time Card for employees. This report can also be used as an auditing tool for verifying deliveries or billable service hours.

Begin/End Day

GPS report that serves as virtual time cards. View when each technician begins and ends the work day, and total miles driven.

This report provides managers a detailed Time Card for employees. Employees can take vehicles home without management having to worry about unreported personal use during off hours. By comparing differences in beginning and ending times for each employee, managers can monitor trends in employee hours and productivity.

Detailed Activity

The Detailed Activity GPS Report provides complete vehicle activity throughout the day by displaying every track sent by the GPS module inside the vehicle.

This report allows for a thorough examination of every two minutes throughout the day.

Speed

Managers can quickly and easily check for speeding problems within the Fleet to increase safety.

This report displays the top speed recorded for each time period, along with the vehicle's location. Managers can quickly identify if a driver was speeding based on the highway or Interstate traveled.

The new posted speed limit alerts allows dispatchers to receive real time speed alrts based on the posted speed limits of the specific road the driver is traveling on.

Fleet Summary

This report provides managers a quick and easy way to detect trends in mobile worker productivity. The Fleet Summary Report aids in detecting lower performing Drivers and Technicians. It summarizes the amount of time spent stopped and the amount of time spent moving for the entire work day for each vehicle in the fleet. It also displays the average number of stops per day and the average stop length during the report period.

Fleet Status

Enables dispatchers to quickly and easily see the current Location of every vehicle.

This report can be used to determine which vehicle to dispatch to a location based on its position.

Alerts

Provides instantaneous Email alerts when violations occur. View easy- to-read summaries of exceptions without sorting through Email.

Provides a recap of all violations found during a given time period. Violations can include excessive speed, a vehicle leaving a specified area, a vehicle arriving at a specific location, a vehicle being operated past a given time, and many others.

Locations

Aids in monitoring job site activity by providing details of the vehicle, location, date, time, and duration of each job.

The location report can help track activity at job sites to show which workers, and for how long, were at a specific saved location. This report can also aid in detecting 'side jobs', and help delivery companies validate delivery times.

Sensor

Reduces operating expenses by identifying undesirable vehicle operations such as excessive idling, and late night and/or weekend cargo door access. Also displays hours of accessory equipment operation, streaming temperatures, etc...

Milage By State

This report provides number of miles driven in each state, over a given time period. This helps in auditing fuel tax reporting.

Maintenance

The Schedule view provides a quick visual overview of the status of assigned maintenance. You can create and schedule any desired maintenance activity by time intervals or by mileage driven. You can also set up an automatic email to be triggered when a vehicle requires a maintenance action. View summaries, schedules, and logs of all assigned vehicle maintenance.

Idle

Provides a recap of all fleet idling. Enables dispatchers to quickly view the cumulative idle time for a vehicle or fleet.

Arriving at a Specific Location

Notification of vehicles arriving at a user defined location. Administrators can create any number of locations. Locations are named polygons that may overlay any area of a map.

Departing a Specific Location

Notification of vehicles departing a user defined location. Administrators can create any number of locations. Locations are named polygons that may overlay any area of a map.

Entering a Defined Zone

Notification of vehicles entering a user defined zone. Administrators can create any number of user defined zones. Zones are named polygons that may overlay any area of a map.

Exiting a Defined Zone

Notification of vehicles exiting a user defined zone. Administrators can create any number of user defined zones. Zones are named polygons that may overlay any area of a map.

First Movement

Notification of the first movement of a vehicle for selected days.

No Movement

Notification if a vehicle does not move by a specific time of day.

Motion

Notification if there is any movement of a vehicle during a set time period. For instance if the vehicle moves between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.

Extended Stop

Notification if a vehicle remains stopped for longer than a defined time.

Speed

Notification if a vehicle ever exceeds a defined maximum speed.

Sensor Active

Notification if a sensor is activated. For sensors that are normally off. Ex. If a door is opened, lift is activated, etc.

Sensor Inactive

For sensors that are normally on. Ex. If an alarm is turned off, refrigeration unit fails, etc.

Sensor Active / Inactive

Notification if any sensor activates or deactivates, regardless of normal state.
